Rob Brown has been in the travel industry for over 30 years split between Enterprise Rent-A-Car, nuTravel, and Southwest Airlines. Rob is a Southwest Airlines boomerang and has been with the company a combined 24 years.
He was part of the group that started the very first Southwest Airlines Corporate Sales Team in 2004; additionally, Rob has played an integral role on the Leadership Team that helped pioneer Southwest’s direct distribution strategy in the B2B space with the launch of SWABIZ in 2000, and our direct connect API strategy in 2010.
Currently, Rob is part of the Leadership Team initiating the next chapter of Southwest Airlines B2B Channel strategy, creating a robust channel portfolio, and industry standard partnerships with various intermediaries and 3rd parties.
