JOB DESCRIPTION:
Chris leads the daily efforts of our domestic Ground Operations and Provisioning to ensure that the Customer Service, Operations, and Ramp Employees working at our airports have the tools and support they need to deliver the safest, most reliable, most efficient, and most hospitable airport experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Chris started as a Ramp Agent in Detroit and has held Leadership roles as Ramp Supervisor in Columbus, Manager in Orlando, Assistant Station Leader in Oakland, Station Leader in Birmingham, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Phoenix, Station Director, Senior Station Director, and Senior Director of Labor Relations.
LENGTH OF SERVICE AT SOUTHWEST:
Began with Southwest in 1993.
FAMILY:
Two daughters, Chantel and Char'nel, who are Southwest Flight Attendants.
FIRST PAYING JOB WAS:
Working after school at Mr. C's Deli; stocking shelves and working the cash register.
PROUDEST MOMENT:
The birth of my two daughters and seeing them become amazing, kind adults.
