After 15 years with Southwest Airlines (1999-2014), I rejoined the Company in November 2019.

Internship in the summer of 1999. Joined the Communications team as an administrative assistant. After 15 years on the Communications team, I left the Company in 2014 and came back in 2019 as the Managing Director of Culture and Engagement!
