Who all is invited to this meeting?

This meeting is for all Ground Operations Supervisors and Mid-Managers who work at a Southwest Station.

What if I'm not able to attend any of the meetings offered?

We understand that operational staffing may not allow for every Supervisor/Manager to attend a session this time.  We will host these meetings 3 to 4 times a year in varying regions to provide more opportunities for Frontline Leader to attend a session each year.  Please work with your Station leadership for help coordinating attendance. How do I book my travel?

If you are flying in for the meeting, you may book nonrevenue must-ride travel through your normal channels.  Please check the flight schedule and book your flights accordingly. 

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation details will be shared closer to the meeting dates. Stay tuned!

What should I wear?

Attire is business casual, and you'll mostly see jeans and polo or blouse. If you're coming from working a shift, come as you are! No need to change.

Is there an option to attend virtually?

No, this event will only be available to attend in-person. We hope you can make it!

I registered but can no longer attend. Do I need to cancel?

Yes, please! Canceling your registration ahead of time will help us get the most accurate count of attendees and keep our costs low! To cancel your registration, login to modify your record. On step five, review your registration and click the delete icon next to your name to cancel.
