This meeting is for all Ground Operations Supervisors and Mid-Managers who work at a Southwest Station.

We understand that operational staffing may not allow for every Supervisor/Manager to attend a session this time.  We will host these meetings 3 to 4 times a year in varying regions to provide more opportunities for Frontline Leader to attend a session each year.  Please work with your Station leadership for help coordinating attendance. If you are flying in for the meeting, you may book nonrevenue must-ride travel through your normal channels.  Please check the flight schedule and book your flights accordingly.

Attire is business casual, and you'll mostly see jeans and polo or blouse. If you're coming from working a shift, come as you are! No need to change.
