Our upcoming Lunch & Learn will feature Executives from Zappos, Wegmans, Drury Hotels, and Southwest discussing the evolving nature of hospitality and how organizations are thinking about balancing digital, self-service hospitality with warm, personalized in-person touchpoints.
Over the past few years, the Hospitality Operations Support Team (HOST) at Southwest Airlines has participated in an external consortium called the Hospitality Think Tank, a small group of companies considered best in their respective industries in service and hospitality. These companies include Chick-fil-A, Drury Hotels, Zappos, Wegmans, Trilith Studios, and the Atlanta Braves. In 2022, the Hospitality Think Tank began to share our learnings and best practices through Hospitality Lunch & Learns, a series of seminars throughout the year featuring presentations from each company.
