SMC Leaders, Directors, and select group of additional Leaders are invited to attend the Main Stage Sessions in the Wings Rooms at our Dallas Corporate Campus. Breakout sessions are available for all Leaders to attend in person, either in Wings, TOPS, and/or Freedom Hall, and are also livestreamed for virtual attendance.

Note: Those who register to attend an in-person breakout session should either be local to Dallas, invited to attend the Main Stage Sessions in person, and/or already be scheduled to be in Dallas for other business purposes. Travel accommodations, including Non-Revenue Must Ride (NRMR) flights and hotels, will not be provided otherwise.

This year’s theme is “Rise Above,” which is one of our 2024 Focus Areas. We know our future depends on each of us acting like an owner, embracing the cause that is Southwest, and showing up every day for the Team, determined to do our part. As Leaders, we stand for something better and hold each other accountable to “Rise Above.”

In addition to our Main Stage Speakers, we're excited to introduce breakout sessions, which will allow you to customize your learning experience. Mark your calendars! This is an event you definitely won't want to miss.

REGISTRATION

Whether you're attending in person or virtually, you must register with your WNCO email address. If you have technical difficulties, email learningevents@wnco.com.

If you plan on tuning in virtually as a group (in a break room, conference room, etc.) we ask that you register individually so we know you're joining us.

First, verify you're using your Company email address and that it matches the one in Outlook. If it still isn't working, email LearningEvents@wnco.com and include any pertinent information and/or a screenshot of the issue so that we may help.

Please have each person attending register themselves at https://southwest.swoogo.com/lc24.

Email LearningEvents@wnco.com and include your job title and department name for us to verify your applicable sessions.

You’ll have the best experience participating live; however, we understand work schedules don’t always allow for that. We’ll share recordings of the sessions after the event for those unable to tune in live.

If you’re registered to attend a portion of the event in person and can no longer attend, please update your selection from in person to virtual so we can plan accordingly and keep costs low.

To change your selection, go to Register >Modify My Registration. Once you're signed in, select the "Actions" button next to your name. Select "Events," deselect your current selection, and reselect which event(s) you plan to attend or tune in for.

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE
