General Information
The Southwest Learning Summit is a virtual event, open to all Southwest Employees. It is an opportunity for each Employee to focus on their development and dive deeper into our Company Values.
We're hosting two unique Southwest Learning Summits in 2024:
-
Wednesday, May 22, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. CT
-
Wednesday, August 28, 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. CT
The Southwest Learning Summits are available to attend virtually on the Virtual Hub. For the 2024 editions, we are experimenting with hosting a small live audience for the first time ever. With that said, it's possible there will be opportunities to attend in-person for the future.

Please ensure your Leader is aware and supportive of your participation in this event, specifically for those scheduled to work during this timeframe. We'll provide a recording of the event for those unable to watch the live stream.
