What is a Southwest Rally?
Whether you're joining us in Baltimore on February 8, Las Vegas on February 21, Dallas on March 2, or virtually at any or all of them, we're excited to have you with us! Southwest Rallies are a much-loved tradition, dating back to 1985. Originally called Message to the Field, Rallies provide an opportunity to hear from our Senior Leaders and, for in-person attendees, spend time with Cohearts in a festive, fun environment. You can look forward to learning about the state of the Company, our 2022 accomplishments and challenges, and our plans for 2023.

Take me out to the...Rally! The 2023 Rally finale will be an unforgettable experience in the Texas Rangers' indoor stadium. After hearing from Senior Leaders, featuring a live panel, Dallas attendees will be treated to delicious food, photo ops, and a headliner concert sponsored by Chase, featuring multi-platinum artist and Grammy Award nominee Flo Rida (“Low” and “Good Feeling”), with Grammy Award winner JoJo (“Too Little Too Late”) as the opening act!
DAL Rally Schedule
If you registered by February 3, we'll mail you a special credential so that you may enter in one of our Fast Pass entrances! Otherwise, we'll email you a QR code before the event, which we will scan at Full-Service Check-in, where you'll receive a lanyard and a credential upon entry.
While you wait for the program to begin, meet a new Coheart, visit one of the two Southwest The Store locations, and/or take a minute to record a video question for our Leaders! Once you've grabbed a seat, you can enjoy some music, onscreen games, and visiting with Cohearts!

The in-person party is all about YOU!
