Having trouble registering? Here are a few quick tips:

 

  • If you are a Southwest Employee or Contractor, use your Company email address, ending in @wnco.com.
  • If you are a Retiree and the site is not recognizing your email address, email SWACulture@wnco.com.
  • Double check the spelling of your email address, and make sure that it matches the one in Outlook.
  • If it says that your email address has already been used, you are already registered and need to login to view and/or modify your existing registration.
