Continuing our Quest for Excellence, we'll explore the attributes associated with the Value of Excellence and how they apply to the operation and Southwest Leadership as a whole. Senior Ops Leaders join Chief Operating Officer Andrew Watterson to discuss how we're prepared to kick tail during upcoming Winter Ops. Next, we'll explore how to get results with Stanford professor and co-author of  "Ideaflow," Jeremy Utley. Finally, Coach Ken Carter shares how we can win the right way through Teamwork.
