These quarterly workshops are completely devoted to the targeted development of our Senior Leaders, including Directors and SMC. We have built custom content based on the 360 survey results to address some of the more prominent challenges our Leaders face. This year we will focus on development that supports a Leader's ability to Set a Clear Direction. Equipped with the space to lead, design, and generate ideas, this session will focus on how Leaders can mobilize their Teams and influence the work they are trying to accomplish by motivating them to "Rise Above." As part of Leadership Conference 2024, this session will be available for registration through the LC24 site, launching in late August.
