In this session we will explore the importance of developing healthy habits to protect a Leader’s time and enable them to focus on what is important. We will build on concepts presented at Leadership Conference 2023 and thread this theme throughout the remaining sessions this year.

Sean Martin

Dr. Sean Martin is the Donald and Lauren Morel Associate Professor at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. His award-winning research addresses questions related to leadership, organizational culture, and how societal contexts affect leaders and followers. Sean regularly works with leaders and front-line employees across a wide range of industries to teach and conduct research on topics related to principled leadership, employee voice, social class differences, culture, communication, employee integration and motivation. You may recognize him from his previous Southwest work for our SMC Development, Enterprise Leaders, or High Impact Programs.
