KEYNOTE SPEAKER

Jeremy Utley

Jeremy is the Director of Executive Education at Stanford d.school and an Adjunct Professor at Stanford's School of Engineering. He is also co-host of the popular web series "Stanford's Masters of Creativity" and co-author of "Ideaflow: The Only Business Metric that Matters." He holds a BBA with Honors in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

WORKSHOP FACILITATOR

Sean Martin

Sean is the Donald and Lauren Morel Associate Professor at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. His award-winning research addresses questions related to leadership, organizational culture, and how societal contexts affect leaders and followers. Sean regularly works with leaders and front-line employees across a wide range of industries to teach and conduct research on topics related to principled leadership, employee voice, social class differences, culture, communication, employee integration and motivation. You may recognize him from his previous Southwest work for our SMC Development, Enterprise Leaders, or High Impact Programs.
